IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- The swimming pool can be used all year round.
- All apartments and communal indoor areas are completely non-smoking. Outside no problem.
- Drugs are strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed.
- All prices are per night based on a stay of 2 persons, including VAT, water / electricity, air conditioning / heating, bed linen, luxury towels and wifi.
- The minimum stay is 1 night. No reduction is applied for single use.
- We do not have pin equipment and do not accept credit cards.
- We always advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance.
- We cannot be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss during your stay with us or related to the use of our facility facilities. You stay at your own risk.
- Consuming your own food and drinks is only permitted in the apartment itself or on the private terrace in front of it.
- Our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement apply to all bookings and reservations.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is possible from 15:00 until 20.00. Check-in after 20.00 hours is possible on request. There will be no refund for early departures.
Location & accessibility
To fully enjoy all that beautiful Andalusia has to offer, we advise you to rent a car. The villa is located 50 minutes from Malaga Airport, is situated on a paved road and is very easy to access by searching in Google Maps for Casa La Calera Teba.
Adults Only 15+ & Extra Beds
Casa La Calera is an adults only 15+ accommodation. An extra bed can be added on request for a fee of 25 euros per night. Our studio apartments are suitable for 2/3 adults.
Family Occasions & Retreats
We do accept group bookings.
Casa La Calera is suitable for (family) celebrations, bachelor parties etc. subject to availability. We offer a quiet, intimate and cosy atmosphere. It is not permitted to invite unregistered guests and bring them to Casa La Calera without first consulting us.
Cancellation
Up to 3 weeks (21 days) before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount as cancellation fee.
From 3 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total rental amount as cancellation fee.
